ISO Mounting...

Scarpozzi

Lifer
I'm wanting to mount a whole volume of ISOs I have with all the various flavors of Linux, Netware, and Windows I support to use with VMWare so I can do testing a lot easier. As it is now, when a new version comes out I have to download it and burn it to CD to install it. I'm wanting to get a program that can mount the ISO so I can save CDs.

What's the best program to do this and where can I get it? Thanks,

Proof? Daemon Tools 4 is new and does everything I've ever thrown at it... find something that won't work on it and will on Alcohol 120%.

Actually, I got it installed and it works great...but then I realized that VMWare has ISO reading as an option. I've been using the ESX Server version too long. 😛

If you just need them for VMware, you can just point VMware to the iso instead of a real CD drive. Just configure the CDrom on the virtual machine to "use iso image"

D-Tools is all you need unless you actually want to create your own images and mini-images for protected discs, in which case you want Alcohol.
