ISO has one MD5, Burned copy produces another MD5

you mean the .iso file burned on a cd or the .iso extracted to the CD content?

the md5 is for the .iso file, just check it after downloading it

What I mean is I have an ISO file that has a particular MD5.

When I burn the image to a blank disc (DVD in this case), the disc fails verrification. I extract an ISO from the disc I've just burned and get an MD5 that is different from the MD5 of the original ISO.
