I know lots of the Brother AIOs have card slots, but not many business level machines - the machines with card slots are generally consumer-level units. The Brother's printed output is not of the quality the major brands like Canon or HP produce but most models are under $200. I'd just get a card reader for my PC (there are external and internal ones for USB connection that are very inexpensive - even tiny one-piece jobs that hold an SD card and -plug in like a thumb drive). and then you can choose a better printer w/o worrying about the card slots.
