ISO disk image in NERO

I feel like a dope for having to ask this but, how do I make a disk image copy of a CD with nero? I have a few games and application CD which were quite expensive (purchased legally and registered) that I would like to make a back-up copy of. I assume I would want to create an ISO image file and then burn it to cd right? I have found a couple tutorials on the web and followed the instructions but always get an error. How about a little help, I'm apparently clueless.

You probably have copy protection on those game CDs - something along the lines of SafeDisc 2. You'll need a program like Clone CD to get full copies of them.
