isnt this the sleekest looking desktop ever....

I thought getting an lcd would make for a sleek clean desktop...i find it just gives you more space to pile junk on top of 
Desk is small, keyboard is rather nasty, the mouse isn't all that great. Not a bad monitor though, but not all that big either.
Speakers are ugly Get some flat panel stuff.
And if you want something sleek looking, get it colour co-ordinated.

allright, all you guys with the dual dell lcds, are sick.
i was just so happy i got my lcd. its so much easier on the eyes (its even analog only but the auto adjust is awesome). my old monitor had some problem in my apartment (doesnt do it at my parents house) where i guess some sort of wierd magnetic field is around here, and it would start shaking (need a degauss and it'd be fine). only happened mostly during the day sporadically , old building i guess (our outlets arent even grounded for god's sake).
like is a 15" vs. my old 19" crt, but it suits me perfectly fine. my friends think i actually have a nice setup (we're college students our standards are low). i have by far the smallest desk, but i also have the 1337 bronze colored antec 2600amb glossy painted case with door, which just stock is cool to people who have a generic computer show case. man i am never going back to crt. i dont even game as it is, but even if i did this seems perfect.
and yes that is a roll of toilet paper in that box to the right. my roomates and i have run out of napkins, paper towels and tissue paper, and have never bothered to buy more. so we have random rolls of toilet paper sitting near our desks and living room tables etc. this also is useful in case of emergencies when the main supply is gone and all of us have been too stupid to buy more. such is the life of a college student (especially with 3 engineers).

had a PNY GF4 TI4600, but it just has 1 dvi, 1 vga. So I bought a Gainward GF4 TI4600 in the FS forums that has 2 dvi. The second monitor looks much better now IMO.Originally posted by: m2kewl

its only 15". i am not exactly flowing with cash, got it new in box for $190 shipping the fs/ft forum. i just wanted ANY lcd so that i could not hurt my eyes i am on the computer all day and i'm so used to my laptop's 15" that i figure i could live with it.
At least it's a proof that hans007 has pretty good hygiene habits, for example, he cleans his teeth (not all people do this BTW). Nice setup, hans007!

bizatches...clean your desk...box up(package very nicely and securely with lotsa bubble wrap..
) those 2 LCDS and send ...the pimpin' vid card pushing them as well...them my way...clean them first tho..very nice TRENDING THREADS
