Well, my point of view is this...

If you do have the balls to go after her, and she does break it off with her man, you have to be willing to accept that she could do the same to you just as easily, and dump u for another dude...

not me...it's other guys. I am not pissed or anything, but I always thought it was a rule among guys. Everyone one at my g/f's workplace asks her out and she said she is taken. They respond "After me, you will dump your boyfriend". This is pretty much every guy there. I guess it is how you are brought up.
 
I recently did that to my roommate. I started asking her if she was happy with my roomate and if she thought that we should hook up some time, and my roommate was all like "Dude, get out of my room! Can't you see that we are having sex!?!?"
