Isn't everything that's illegal potentially punishable by death?

If you refuse to be arrested, then you'll get shot (they even aim for the chest in some jurisdictions).

Are the humanitarians who say that a mandatory stay in a correctional facility is okay but that the death penalty is not okay thinking abstractly?

If you refuse to be arrested, you'll be overpowered by an officer. Officers are not supposed to shoot unless you are armed or otherwise pose a serious threat to them or others. Of course we could live in a real anarchist paradise where you'd likely be shot for your shoes because there's no government to enforce the laws or enact penalties to the person who shot you for your shoes... You do realize the idea of no government is really fucking stupid right?

Personally I prefer fireflower day, or leaf that gives me a cape day ... or did the leaf give you a tail? Was there a feather in there somewhere .... I'm gonna go play some Mario.

You are confusing government with law. It is possible to have rule of law without government.

No, it's not, as soon as someone doesn't want to follow the law, and they have the means, the "rule of law" means nothing.
