Isn't air pressure neat

So I have this balloon, and I'm sick of it just sitting there being all boring and whatnot. So, suddenly I get the idea that I could give it a neutral weight by taking off the bell that was weighing it down, and putting some lighter stuff on there. So eventually I get the balance of twist ties, zip ties, and tiny snippets of tape around the string just right, and it kinda wanders up and down and around. I tie the string around the balloon and now I basically have this ball floating around my room and it kinda looks like a mini ufo or something, pretty neat

I can flip it around and move it with air by waving my hands around too. I guess I'm easily amused
