Isn't 33 degree's Celsius really good for a CPU?

Yeah, that's pretty good. My 3200+ Venice hit a record of 18C once when it was running @ 1000mhz with 1.1V Vcore.

I just got done playing CS:S and my temp peaked around 39. Is that any good???

:thumbsup: Very good. Stock HSF? My machine is right next to my window which is usually open... when it's 10 degrees outside.. I don't need much :) Record low was 12c when I woke up one morning.

Yea stock HS/F with some Artic Silver 5 Thermal Compound. Now I'm just glad I didn't waist $50 on a new HS/F. Those Opterons really do stay cool. I love my Opteron and headsup I will be posting **PICS** of my new Computer tommorow. :D

Actually in the Jan 06 MaximumPC Issue... what thermal paste you use doesn't make a huge difference. I think it was like 1-2c if I'm not mistaken.

It was about 54F at the time. My dad's cheap and sets the heating to 45F when we're not home :p
