While Tuxxx is certainly an old member under a new nick, this thread is about the very valid point that Isla would be a good candidate for Elite.

Tuxxx, just a friendly piece of advice. If you're going to fight for a cause, people will respect you and your cause a lot more if you don't feel the need to hide behind another identity. Now I am making assumptions. Perhaps you've just been lurking here for a long time and finally decided to create an account. If that's the case, I apologize for my former statement and welcome to the forums.

I seem to recall a post by Isla, saying that she e-mailed the mods, telling them she didn't want to be elite. Probably had to do with all the jerks wombat woman had to deal with, after she was made elite.

This can be a tough place to be for the ladies....

While I would certainly agree with her worthiness for the title, the issue has been raised many times before. IIRC she didn't want it (I think I even talked to her about it, but I don't remember for sure).

I think a more worthwhile goal would be trying to fix the problems that drove her away in the first place.
