US has many 1000s of anti-social barbarians who are being energized by developments - namley being they have a friend in Obama - who has tuned ME upside down with his treachery. WASHINGTON — In a dramatic assessment of the domestic threat posed by the Islamic State, FBI Director James Comey said Thursday there are "hundreds, maybe thousands" of people across the country who are receiving recruitment overtures from the terrorist group or directives to attack the U.S.

"Receiving recruitment overtures" is obviously different than be a "follower" in the traditional sense of the term. The whole "directives to attack" is left deliberately vague.
