ISDN Pipeline 75 help needed

Ok just got an isdn line. No other options for faster connection. I am in uncharted waters here with the isdn and the isdn router. I got the isdn lines working, I can call on each channel with a phone. The unit connection when it sees internet requests but only one channel and only a few programs seem to see the connection. MSN Messenger Service see the connection over the network and a peer to peer software. Internet Explorer doesn't see the internet connection across the network. Router has version 5.1 of the firmware. Any ideas?
