I have a NAS drive (Q) setup as a RAID 6. I have it on a network and until a few days ago, all was fine. NOW, I cannot access any of the files on the drive. In Windows Explorer, the drive is identified as Q but when I click on Properties, it has no characteristics. In Disk Management, the drive shows as Q and when I click on Properties, the correct characteristics are displayed. However, when I try to open the drive, it cannot be opened. I have checked the network settings and everything seems to be correct. Also, Microsoft iSCSI is running. I am running Windows 7.

What should/can I do?? Thanks in advance for any help.

An update ... I can see and access the drive in the "restore" mode. However, when I log onto Windows normally, I cannot access the drive as described previously. I am a bit confused by this since I did not load or update any software between the time it was working and when it stopped.
How do I identify what is interfering????

Solution ... Apparently the security settings were changed such that I had no write or read privileges. I booted in restore mode, reset the security settings and now can "see" the drive with a normal boot.
