ISA NIC card slower than PCI NIC card??

Its going to probably be a 10Mbps card and if you are lucky you are getting 1.5Mbps downloads so you wouldn't see any difference unless you are doing internal file sharing or gaming.
 
I don't know anything about half/life but if you are playing it on a local network you would probably get petter performancewith a 10/100 NIC.
 
A 10 MBit ISA NIC isn't faster or slower than a 10 MBit PCI NIC.

You won't notice any difference in ping times, unless the PC you're using the ISA NIC with is extremely slow.
