ISA 2006 L2TP with ipsec VPN on Internal Server

I am trying to forward the L2TP w/ipsec request to a server on the internal network here's what a I got with no luck. The vpn on the internal server has been verified to work. The ISA server is not part of the domain.

bought to give up on isa? if you foward something it should work
