Going to be bringing up a 2.6C to at least 250mhz FSB on stock HSF running cheapest memory I can buy PC3200 (512mb x 2 will run 5:4). Which is the better solution at 3.25Ghz? I've heard the MAM is better than Abit's solution, especially at O/C speeds. Already have a Raptor enroute.

There are already threads about both these boards, just read them. Do you want the p4p800 or the p4p800 deluxe?

If you want answers define "better".

I like the IS7 better because I like money.

IS7, the IC7 is proven as the best overclocker, and the IS7 probably will be too. As for the memory, is it that your planning to keep cheap 3200, or you just can't get good ram now? If you can get better ram later, just get 1 stick of 3500 or good 3200, and upgrade later, it will be cheaper overall, sinc eyou can only overclock as fast as your slowest ram.
