IS7: northbridge HSF fell off...

I opened a computer that had been moved to its new home just to blow out the dust. The northbridge hsf had fallen off. It's held down by a metal bar using 2 of the 4 metal loops set into the mobo. One loop came off freeing the hsf. I would like to reattach but I don't know how. Did this ever happen to you? How did you reattach?
