of these two ram types what would you go with for an abit is7-e? I am looking to overclock as high as i can. Is there something better/cheaper?

Also, in these dual channel boards, how important is it that the memory is "matched"? I know its recommended, but i've heard of people using wildly different memory and still getting the benefits and people using almost the same stuff and it not working. So, if you would, rate my chances of success if I bought 2 individual sticks rather than a "matched" set.
