Back in early January and late December, it was decently fast with no buffering. Nowadays, a tiny music video causes buffering to occur every 5 seconds.

yea. there's a 0-1 second delay before a video starts playing, but there's no buffering after that. have you tried accessing youtube from another ISP?

I always pause the video to let it finish downloading before playing it back
