Do you think he is a wise man/woman who is the perfect mentor and that you can grow under him/her or do you think he/she is a friggin' idiot?

My previous supervisor was damned cool, I only left because things finally got so bad above him that he could no longer shield us from it.

I'm not real sure yet who my new one is. One of the two possibilities is a micro-managing prick, the other may be decent. I haven't been here long enough to tell yet.

My supervisor is great. He actually listens to what I have to say (though he can be a bit absent minded and sometimes forgets things) always has something good to say and he was able to arrange for me to finally get some training I'm pretty lucky.

My current Boss would be lucky to find his arse with both hands in his back pockets. :Q

I have the best job in the world and my boss is the vice pres. of the division. He gives me a target and he does not care how I get there. As long as I do and continue to do so I am complety free to set my own hours just as long as the work gets done.
