the town i live in does not have a mayor.


but the last place i lived the mayor now is sane. the last one was a drunk busted for DUI etc.

the one before that was a flat out idiot. the prevous mayer had it set fo a huge mall to be built. even got the state to build on/off ramps for the tollway and had a bunch of stores comeing in.

when she came in as mayor she kept screwing around with the builder of the mall and eventually the stores backed out. so the state went after the city for the on/off ramps.

The Mayor in the city I love in is a lost in the past, self centered, old fart.

The Mayor in the large city close to me is Kwame Kirkpatrick... started out as a young ghetto punk mayor... but I will admit he's settled down and matured in his second term and isn't doing too bad, from what I can tell.

Waterbury's last mayor was arrested as a child molester. The new one is doing a slightly better job, but not much!

..same situation in SF. Board of Sup's just as bad.

Our mayor is rumored to be a mythical creature that only comes out of hiding when a celebrity comes to town. Even then most here doubt his existance.

Don't know who my Mayor is, but next door in Port Coquitlam the Mayor is a sleaze ball. When I was living in Midway(BC), our Mayor was a great guy and the longest serving Mayor in BC, some 40ish consecutive years. Down the road 60km, the Mayor of Grand Forks was arrested at the Washington State Border for refusing to answer whether he had smoked Pot. They asked mainly because he was a big proponent for the Legalization of Pot. Not sure what happened to him. I seem to always live next door to the controversial Mayors.

The mayor of my town is 18 and still in High School and works at the local gas station. Not scary at all.

He won as a write in candidate this year, after putting campaign posters up all over the place.
