Is your Coolermaster Centurion 534 giving you enough intake?

Hi,

I got this...
Link

A Coolermaster Centurion 534 case with 120mm blue LED included.
When i plug the chassis fan onto the chassis plug offer from my Asus A8N-SLI, the speed seems way slower, so i use the 4pin convertor for it to use a more power power supply.
Yes, and it can generate faster speed (also a slightly more noise, but i don't mind)
however, it seems not making enough intake for the whole case.

Is it happening to you? or am i worrying too much?

Check the numbers on the fan. You should find a number around 12; thats the RPM of the fan divided by 100. Then go online and check the CFM output of the fan with the same RPM. If it's under 50 CFM or so, you may want to consider swapping out the fan for a higher-RPM model

Since it's a 120 mm fan, it should say something like A12025-12CB...something something. 12 in the second parts denotes the 12 hundred RPM the fan should be spinning at. It should be fine enough airflow I would think. If not, get a 80mm intake into the side of the case.

I would highly reccomend upgrading the stock fans. I have a 532 wich is essentially the same case and the stock fan sucked, and I don't mean well.
