is your computer sitting directly on carpet?

My case sits on a desk. If I ever had a case too large for keeping on a desk I would make a wooden stand for it so it doesn't touch the carpet.

on carpet but I've got a cosmos case so the feet or whatever you call em elevates it enough.

I have the same case. Absolutely the best case I ever had. On the carpet as well, but I have it sitting on a rubbery desk pad.

The computer I built for my parents sits on a carpet, but to give it a little elevation and more even surface to sit on, I cut a piece of plywood for the case to sit on top of.
