On the ground(actually in a custom made wooden cabinet with wheels that sits on the floor).

on the ground- need the desk space. Shares the underside of my desk with my sub, but i never have my sub on too loud anyway.

At work I have 1 on top of the desk, 1 under the desk. At hom, they are all under the desk.
