Is yesterday's sushi edible?

In most cases you should be okay, but it's much better to get fresh sushi anyway. Reduces chances of dying and stuff. 😛

if you ordered it from a shaddy restuarant, chances are it would have been "yesterday's sushi" when you got in anyway!!

Honestly, it's always best to eat fresh stuff. But if you don't want to throw it away, it should be ok. See if it has changed colour.

 

One time I ate 3 hour old sushi and died.

Day old sushi is fine, imo. I've made my own sushi before (and I make a ton of it) and it's fine the next day - though it doesn't taste as fresh. Restaurant sushi is normally decent the next day too.
