Is XPERT 128 PCI 16MB any good? compared to voodoo3 2000 pci?

well a friend of mine has Emachine and he is sick of that built in Rage chipset as it can't run most of games accelerated. And he doesnt have an AGP port. is this a good card for $50? thanx (i told him its better to scrap that piece of garbage and ill build him a whole new setup, but he is short on cash now hehe, that's life for most of us poor folks)
 
Even adding a voodoo 2 card would certainly enhance the "gamability" of the integrated video on the e Machines. My IBM Aptiva has the same wonderful ATI ragepro integrated 4mb of video ram and it was pretty bad on 3D games until we added a Voodoo 2 card to it. Should be able to scrounge one up for around $30 or so used (plus shipping). If he is interested, he could check out the for sale/trade forum.
