is xoxide a good place to do business with?

when i ordered my stuff from newegg, they sent the xp-90 instead of the xp-120 that i ordered. so i have to rma the 90 and REORDER the 120. since then, the price has gone up $15, so i did a pricegrabber search and i can get the 120 from xoxide for $53 and some change SHIPPED! so, are they a good/respectable business? i've heard the name before of course, but was wondering about some other people's feelings about them.

I've ordered from them a couple of times before, a long time ago. They delivered what they promised. I would check out http://www.resellerratings.com before making any final decisions, though, since things could have changed since then.

anyone experience slow processing of orders?

i ordered 2 items last wednesday afternoon that were both marked as "Usually ships same business day". I wasnt expecting them to ship the same day, but on most likely thursday. Well, one item didnt ship until friday and the other item didnt ship until this past tuesday. Now i chose standard shipping, but i expected them to ship out alittle quicker.

Yeah, there was a reasonably big thread here a few months ago where this guy had a real bad experience. I think the customer service rep, IIRC, was practically egging him on, not caring about customer service of any sort. I think in the end everything was resolved, but it was quite the experience.
