Is xbox live down for anyone else?

Title says it all. This sucks. Can't play Destiny or any of my other multiplayer games. I thought things like Amazon instant and netflix were supposed to be independent of xbox live, but guess that only applies to Xbox live gold. My xbox one is almost completely neutered at the moment. After paying $60 just for a year of multiplayer I was expecting this kind of thing to not happen, or at least to be rectified quickly. It's been almost an hour now...

Well I'm basing my assumption that it's xbox live at fault on this page.
