Is it bad for me to go at this time?

When I was younger and actually worked out I used to do it late at night. One night weight training and the next run 6 miles. I always did this at about 11 PM to midnight to avoid the Texas heat. I never noticed any ill affects from not working out at more conventional hours so I see no problem with you using the gym late at night to avoid crowds.

you read it in fitness and muscle...? or muscle and fitness? don't sweat working out late at night, it's not a problem... been doing it for a while... go work out around 11, get back around 130-2, take a protein shake, take a shower, watch a little tv, sleep... works great when i do it consistently... hehehe
