I decided that I didn't want to use the reverse pyramid method after all.
I hadn't posted what my routine is since I've joined a local gym (about 6 days ago). I'm doing a 4set x 6rep routine. I use the 80%prm. I am doing a 4on/3off split with these:
Monday (Shoulders/Triceps)
Tuesday (Quads/Hams/Calves)
Thursday (Back/Rear Delts)
Friday (Chest/Biceps)
I'm hoping this will help me cut quickly combined with the Winstrol.

My post was also based off of your post saying you were gaining muscle mass and losing weight simply through pushups and a little arm work, which is a bunch of hogwash.
