Is WIN 7 compatible with my apps and mobo divers?

Is WIN 7 backwards compatible with all WIN XP PRO applications that I use now in XP Pro? (e.g. early versions of Zone Alarm, Office 2000, Firefox 2.0, Magic ISO, Image Burn, DVD Shrink)? Also, I'm running an old 2 core AMD ASROCK 939 mobo thats about 4 years old. Would the drivers on that mobo be compatible with WIN 7? I do not want to have to buy new software across the board just to use Windows 7. Thanks experts.
