White chocolate is made from cocoa butter, milk solids, sugar and vanilla. When buying white chocolate, look for a brand that contains cocoa butter. There are cheaper versions (which by law cannot be called chocolate) that don't contain any cocoa butter, but their flavor is inferior to those that do.

No its not chocolate. It is basically all the crap leftover from the making of good chocolate... actually there isn't really any real chocolate in it.

Good white chocolates will have cocoa butter in them, but that's the only chocolate-related thing they contain.

hmm, i was gonna say it's politically correct chocolate, but i'm not sure of that anymore.
if white chocolate is "white" chocolate than shouldn't "chocolate" be called "black or brown" chocolate?
