..it's the same high volume high profit junk food no better/worse. With the occasional downer cow mixed in with the bunch.

Bummer, the closest Rallys/Checkers is 222 miles away in houston.

I guess I'll go check it out next time I gotta go to houston.

Same where I live. The difference used to be obvious, but my last few visits to Wendy's were disappointing. Maybe teenagers are getting dumber, I don't know :p If there's an Arby's or similar alternative nearby, I often go for that instead.

More grease, IMO

wendys or mc'd's?

My last Wendy's triple cheese had enough to change the oil in my car.

Yeah one time I got that really big burger with the three patties. I'm usually one for greasy food but that was kinda gross. I still ate it though.

Same. I ordered it thinking "Hey, more meat is always better right? This is going to rock." I finished it all, but I felt a good deal more disgusting then usual after eating a fast food item. No more then double burgers for me from now on.

Wendy's has a habit of letting their food sit around too long making it stale. I quit eating there, because every time they serve me cold stale food. At least the food is almost always fresh at Mcd's.

Honestly, I have scaled back my fast food to just a few times a month. The food is really bad for you and a very low quality. I eat at home now most of the time and try to eat foods that are healthier for me, but still taste great. You can make a quality burger on the grill with lean ground meat and use whole grain buns. Just skip the cheese and load it up with fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce, onion and pickles. Use mustard instead of mayo to keep the saturated fats down and eat some carrot sticks in place of fries. Now you have a healthy, filling meal that will not fill out your waist line. It is fast and easy too.

If Wendy's was the NHL, McD's would be the East Coast league.

Some hard hitting grinders with talent, but the consistency in level of skill is just not there.

wendy's is better than mcds but the grease is like 3x worse.

this is my fast food order of greatness (burgers and burger restaurants only): Hardees > BK > Wendy's > McDs

i stopped at a wendys on the way back to work last week, and i would have given 2 more dollars for at least SOME moisture in the baconator i got. not to mention i asked for extra cheese and got none. how is it possible to burn one out of 3 patties? i hate mcdonalds equally however. jack in the box gets my cash most of the time if i get fast food. its all crap tho.

absolutely. 2% worm meat is still better than the filth that McDonald's uses.

...but Bk trumps them all. Flame-broiled, baby!
