Is Webhancer from WinAmp Spying on you !?

My firewall just intercepted this program trying to transmit information outbond .. so I blocked it then I uninstalled it ... and deleted the entire directory !
I did not pay attention that this sprogram was installed with winamp and was allowed to transmit info out ...I was sure that I disabled it in winamp .. but it seems that even if it is disabled it is still transmiting stuff from my PC !!
I thought I might share that with you !!
 
Are you using WinAMP 3.0 or something? I've never had an instance where WinAMP installed Webhancer, but I've never installed WinAMP 3 alpha/beta.
