The reason I ask is that I am sure blacks take offense to N*gger because it has serious historic significance - a relic of slavery and deep-rooted racism. Cr*cka doesn't seem to have a severe connotation so I'm guessing blacks may use it without knowing that people are genuinely offended by the term.
