Is WAP possible through Bluetooth?

I would assume it works but I have no substantial proof that it would.

Example.

Have a computer with bluetooth that is connected to the internet.

Pair your WAP and Bluetooth enabled phone to the computer and use the computer as your access to the 'net'?

Possible?

I read a thread on HowardForums discussing this awhile back and the consensus was that it won't work with current phones. Let me see if I can dig it up.
