My wife occasionally orders from VS online. If I remember correctly, the boxes are plain, but the label clearly identifies the sender. I think there's a heart or similar logo printed on the label as well.

Last few I saw come through the mailroom were in white plastic bags (opaque, ofc), unmarked other than the FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping label that indicated vendor and recipient.
