yup the only porn video i own is a DVD..hehe

when are we gonna see some cheap rewriteable dvd drives (for recording TV?). The reason i want this is cause right now we have an old analog cable system...and we can record shows in one room (it requires a cable box to get the B channels, which we sometimes watch) and then play them back in the other room. So to keep this same setup, without having to get sattellite, there'd be no way to transfer shows between the rooms with a PVR..maybe some home networking or something? My parents are so stubborn about technology, they are definitely not on the cutting edge :)

It'll take a while... kind of like cassettes to CD's... it'll take a while, but it will happen eventually.

I sure hope not, I just bought a new VCR. The way I see it VHS is for recording shows and DVD is for watching movies.
