Is vehicle registration fee deductible for KY residence?

Hi, y'all!
I'm filing my tax return, and I have a question.
Last year I bought a new car, and paid $921 for the registration (which is 6% of car value).
Is this deductable, or not?
How about yearly based property tax for my old car?

Yes. You will need to use the long form and itemize on Schedule A, line 7 "Personal Property Taxes". Keep a copy of those tax receipts with your income tax records.

However, the total of all your itemizations needs to exceed $4,750 (the standard deduction) or else it won't make sense to itemize.
