Is "VCC_CORE" the same as "VCore Value" on AMD Athlon overclocking card ?

I've built my own goldfinger for overclocking my AMD Athlon, but there is one strange thing. The goldfinger is working well, but there is a difference between the voltage value i measure "VCC_CORE" on the golfinger itself, and the value "VCore value" on the motherboard / hardware monitoring programs. "VCore value" is consequently 0,07 Volts higher than "VCC_CORE" on the goldfinger, but "VCC_CORE" on the golfinger matches the bit settings on the resistors on the CPU's PCB. Does the voltmeter on the motherboard itself qonsequently show 0,07 volts too much ?

EAKF,
7/100 of a volt is well within the tolerance. The mobo doesn't have a 'voltmeter' per se.

Thanks for answering my question, but i should written it better. 7/100 is within the tolerance, that's ok. But i know that the value i measure is exact, because more than one multimeter show the same, and they're within 1-2 %. Is the one i measure VCC_Core the exact value, not the value the motherbord tell me ? 7/100 volts is critical for the CPU.
