Is V8 (the drink) actually good for you with all that salt?

low sodium v8 ftw!

Do you have high blood pressure, eakers?

not at all! you should see how much salt i put on my food

I still buy the low sodium v8 though (sometimes I still add my own salt and pepper though hehe)

I don't like a lot of salt usually, but when I bought the low sodium v8 I couldn't even finish the bottle. I go through a few bottles of spicy a week tho

Boiling tomatoes at high temperature before they can them removes a lof of nutrients from the juice.

Only a small percentage of people are sensative to salt and even then it does not become an issue unless you already have hypertension. More commonly sodium content is an important issue for those with congestive heart failure, a common effect after heart attacks or long term hypertension.
That said in theory the antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins should be enough to make V8 a healthy choice dispite the salt. However the true value and amounts of these may be more marketing than fact. It is certainly better than soda or gatoraid.

How exacly would you know what ass tastes like?

I hear chicken ass is considered a delicacy by some.

Taiwanese people (some anyway) buy char-broiled chicken butt on a stick. I think each stick has 5 or 6 of them.

Wish I can find a picture lol

well, not very clear, but the chicken butt is obscured by the stick of pork roll the person is holding
