Is V8 juice good for you or not?

Is V8 juice good for you or not? Cause I started drinking it and at first it didn't taste too good but now I think I'm addicted.

V8 is HIGH in sodium. Maybe your body is lacking sodium so that's why it taste so good?

V8 is nasty crap, that's for sure.
If your diet is not too high in sodium already, it's probably good for you due to all the veggies. Still wouldn't drink it.

only if you already have high blood pressure

otherwise it isn't , that is just a myth that salt causes high blood pressure

if your blood pressure is normal, you can eat salt all day long, drink another V8
