Is USPS First Class slow for you guys?

I just got my staples checks... they were dated 1/25/2007

I'm still waiting for my two other checks that were mailed out Friday and Monday


Anybody in the Postal Scene? Overflow of mail?

It's horribly slow for me. But that's because of my college, not USPS.

speedy here... 2-3 days cross country for everything... Anything under 12oz is treated the same way as Priority...

Compared to UPS and Fedex, I get my stuff faster by USPS.

Yeah it should be 2-3 days. Tax Season maybe?

I always write something like 12/14 when I send out my Christmas cards. Doesn't mean that I actually sent them out on time this year.

Now if the postage is dated 1/25, it's still only 3 1/2 business days. Big companies alot of times have bulk mailing rates. Was it definately first class, or does it say something else? Maybe stuff only gets mailed out once it's piled high enough.
