If you're having them printed with your company logo and contact details, ie, marketing material then the company doing the printing will also supply the USB sticks. Buying sticks yourself won't work because it's highly unlikely they have a large flat surface which isn't already printed on with their own branding.

You need to Google something like "Print logo USB stick" and there are hundreds of companies who do it.

You need to make contact with companies that produce promotional USB's and get a quote from them for whatever quantity you need.

Google will lead you directly to the companies that do this sort of thing.
