Is UPS tracking working for you?

I have a package thats was sent 3/06/07. Its now 3/13/07 and its still stuck on "Billing Information Received" as the status. What im wondering if anyone is tracking a package currently with ups that is having this same problem.

Maybe they haven't received the package yet.

That usually means that the vendor put it in the system, but it has not been picked up for shipment. The problem is almost always the vendor, not UPS.

Is this UPS or USPS? I'm currently having the same issue with USPS, but their tracking sucks anyway so I don't really expect much out of it.
