Is turbo link a good PSU?

I am looking into buying a chieftec case from NewEgg, should I spen the extra $25 to get one with a 420W Turbo link PSU? I am limited on funds so spending ~$50 on a PSU isn't reasonable right now
 
I bought some of those cases. It appears that the turbolink is made by channel well technologies..ie antec, so they should be good supplies.
I noticed that the output voltages are typically a few tenths low even at idle, however they are very stable under load. There is no change when comparing idle to full load.
They do have 2 fans in them and are somewhat noisy but not too bad.
