I thought this too at first. But no. Most of the things he says he wants to do are illegal or impossible. And he totally knows this.
He isnt evil. I watched the debate tonight very carefully. And I have come to a conclusion.
Trump IS in fact trolling both the GOP and the democrats super hard.
Let me explain. And before I do, let me give the disclaimer that I support Bernie, but will vote for Hillary if I have to. That said.
Trump is telling the republican base everything they want to hear. He is saying everything that scares the democrats. But then sometimes, he says really moderate stuff, like admitting supporting various democrats in the past during the debates. He said he did it for "business" so his supporters are just like ok, whatever, he is the trump we shall go along. He says the Iraq war was a mistake. Then says he supports the 2nd amendment. Says all the republican stuff they want to hear again. Then says he wants to be friends with other countries so we can focus on problems at home?
He is going back and forth with the republican and democrat stuff now, and at this point his supporters will follow him into hell.
I think that he may have no idea what he is going to do if he is president. But all the stuff he said so far I have to believe he is smart enough to realize he wont be allowed to do it by either side if its wacky. So I kinda think this guy is gonna talk his fervent supporters into being moderate. Cuz I mean, they basically accept whatever he says.
If you noticed, this man was attacked nonstop by the other candidates and the moderators the entire debate. Yet managed to not only come out the seeming winner but never actually detail ANYTHING he will do, sidestepped and avoided all the specific questions and shrugged off the calls to release the content of that interview on immigration.
He's not stupid. This guy hasnt said a word about what he will actually do and is winning and has the republican base in the palm of his hand.
He is going to get them all rallied behind him and then do moderate stuff and convince everyone that this is the way to go. He is going to continue to suggest wacky stuff that both R and D will oppose, which will strengthen him with his supporters when he really wants to do something realistic.
If he wins of course.
Cuz look, that wall, is not going to happen, and mexico is not going to pay for it. He cant actually order US troops to commit war crimes, the generals wont do it, the soldiers wont do it. Everything he says is full of crap INTENTIONALLY! So that when he decides to do something normal everyone will be onboard. He will piss off both sides and his base will love it.
The man is kind of a genius. BUT his main supporters are still fools, and he counts on this. He can easily manipulate them. And its very likely that with the right vice pres. Hillary will win. But even if he wins, I think we are all going to be in for a huge surprise.
c'mon, he knows who David Duke and the KKK is. he isnt that dumb. He did that intentionally.
I still dont want him to be president cuz again we really have no idea what he will do but...
He isnt Hitler. But he is using Hitler style crowd control. The republicans see what I see, thats why they suddenly oppose him so hard.
