Not an indictment, but seems like one of the first truly large-scale legal actions against Trump. It's tackling fraud over the course of a decade, and would effectively kick the Trumps out of business in the state. Not counting on the DOJ referral leading to a criminal case, but what I'm hearing in the livestream suggests charges are plausible.
The main catch is that the Trump family will likely use the familiar delaying tactics: contest the evidence, appeal rulings, demand unrealistic terms. This isn't a lawsuit that will wrap up in a few months.
