Is today's xbox 360 update an April Fools Prank?

Seriously I've never seen it update near this slow. And the only new feature we are told about is switching the overpriced XBOX Live Videos between devices?

Really? I did it, and it was a super-quick update for me. They already said it's mostly a back-end thing, with the only major feature being added is the ability to continue a rented video on a different device. It's not a prank.
