Whats it mean when someone says that? i think i know but its buggin the hell out of me cuz i see it in alot of reviews.

Don't take it as absolute fact.
It's used most often with respect to biased reviews. Use your own judgement.

A grain of salt is basically worthless, so, that's about what the person is saying their advice amounts to. You can take this explanation with a grain of salt.
